CONTENT & PERMISSION

Acceptable Use Policy

Content standards, prohibited AI-generated content, moderation, reporting and enforcement for Frovimo.

Scope and permitted use

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to images uploaded to Frovimo, motion prompts and other instructions, generated videos, and use or distribution of results created through the service. It supplements our Terms of Use.

Upload only material you own or are authorized to process. Obtain permission from people whose likeness you use. Disclose AI generation when presenting a result could otherwise mislead viewers about a real person, event or endorsement.

Content standards and prohibited categories

Do not upload, request, generate or distribute any of the following six categories through Frovimo. These restrictions also apply to fictional, animated and AI-generated depictions.

  • Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit material, sexual acts, sexualized nudity, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Adult-content generation is prohibited; age verification does not create an exception.
  • Violence / gore: depictions of violent harm, torture, mutilation, dismemberment, graphic injury, bloodshed or animal cruelty; threats, encouragement of self-harm, or content promoting terrorism or mass violence.
  • Hate speech: content attacking, dehumanizing, threatening or inciting discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics; extremist propaganda or incitement to genocide.
  • Child-unsafe content / CSAM: child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors or people presented as minors, grooming, exploitation, or content promoting child abuse or dangerous acts involving children. This includes synthetic material and attempts to disguise a minor as an adult.
  • Deepfakes / impersonation: non-consensual or deceptive impersonation of real people, fabricated sexual or intimate depictions, or videos falsely suggesting that a person said, did or endorsed something. Do not use a person’s likeness to facilitate fraud, harassment or reputational harm.
  • Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected images, video, artwork, logos, trademarks or other material where that use infringes another party’s rights; counterfeit branding or false claims of affiliation or endorsement. Purchasing credits does not grant third-party rights.

Other prohibited conduct

Do not use Frovimo to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, privacy violations, malicious spam, terrorism or technical assistance for weapons of mass destruction. Do not circumvent safety checks, account controls or payment restrictions, including through disguised wording, alternate accounts or repeated submissions.

We have zero tolerance for CSAM, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual deepfakes, terrorism and incitement to mass violence. Claimed artistic intent does not exempt content from these prohibitions.

Platform content moderation

Generation prompts pass through local automated keyword and pattern checks before submission. The service also integrates Waffo Prompt Sift / Scan-Prompt when configured, with Creem prompt moderation as a configured fallback. These checks can reject requests that trigger restricted-content rules. External review availability depends on configuration and service availability.

Generation providers may apply their own safety controls and refuse requests or withhold results. Automated checks are one layer of review; they do not establish that every uploaded image or generated video has been independently reviewed by Frovimo.

The service operator reviews content reports and disputed decisions using the available request records, relevant rights information and provider responses. Review may include examining reported inputs or results where access is available, contacting the user for clarification and requesting assistance from the generation provider. We prioritize suspected child exploitation, credible threats and non-consensual intimate content.

Review findings can inform changes to prompt filters and operating procedures. Safety checks can miss violations or block legitimate requests; an accepted request is not permission to violate this policy. Users must review results before publishing.

Enforcement actions

Depending on the severity, evidence and recurrence of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions. Serious cases do not require a prior warning.

  • Reject or block prohibited generation requests and require a revised, compliant prompt before another request is submitted.
  • Issue a written warning and instruct the user to stop the prohibited use or remove material they have published.
  • Remove violating material from pages or assets under our control. If media is hosted by an external provider, request restriction or removal through that provider; we cannot delete copies held by other people.
  • Refer suspected criminal conduct to appropriate authorities where required by law or warranted by the circumstances, cooperate with lawful requests, and retain relevant records where legally necessary.
Content enforcement does not automatically cancel a billing subscription or reverse a payment. Subscription management, refund requests and applicable consumer rights remain governed by the Terms of Use.

Reporting content and rights violations

Report suspected violations to support@ai-image-to-video.com. Use the subject “Content report”; for suspected child exploitation or an immediate safety threat, begin the subject with “Urgent safety report”. Rights holders may report copyright, trademark or likeness misuse through the same channel.

  • Include the request or generation reference, or a URL identifying the material, when available.
  • Describe the issue and the prohibited category. For rights complaints, identify the protected work or mark and your authority to act for its owner.
  • Include a contact email and any non-sensitive information needed to assess the report. Do not attach CSAM, other illegal imagery, passwords or payment card details.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. This email channel is not an emergency response service.

Report handling and appeals

Reports are triaged by severity, assessed against this policy, and followed by an appropriate action or a request for more information. We may contact the reporter or affected user with an outcome where appropriate and legally permitted. Timing depends on urgency, available evidence and any provider involvement; there is no guaranteed resolution deadline.

We limit disclosure of reporter information to what is needed for review, provider assistance or legal obligations. A knowingly false or abusive report may itself violate this policy.

If you believe a request was incorrectly blocked or an enforcement decision was mistaken, email support@ai-image-to-video.com with the subject “Content appeal”. Include the decision or request reference, explain why you disagree, and provide relevant permission or rights information. The operator will reconsider the available evidence. Do not bypass a restriction while an appeal is pending.
