Before you buy
Do I need a subscription for occasional use?
No. A one-time credit pack is a single purchase without automatic renewal. The smallest pack is $9.90 for 300 credits. You do not buy an individual request at the allocated pack cost shown above.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits remain in your account balance when a new monthly allocation is added. The current service does not apply scheduled credit expiry. Each generation deducts its displayed cost from that balance.
Does creating an account include a free video?
No free video is guaranteed. New accounts receive 4 welcome credits in the current setup, which is below the 10-credit minimum for a Grok Imagine video request.
Do revisions use credits?
Yes. Starting a new generation is a separate request. Budget for retries and check each result before publishing.
What happens if generation fails?
The service attempts to return credits when a generation is recorded as failed. A request that is still pending is not a confirmed failure. Check History and your credit balance; contact support if a return is missing.
Does buying credits guarantee exact faces, text or logos?
No. AI-generated motion can change image details. Paying for a request does not guarantee an exact or publication-ready result.
Are credit returns the same as payment refunds?
No. Returning credits for a failed generation does not reverse a purchase. For a purchase issue, contact support with the order details and review the terms.
