DATA & YOUR IMAGES

Privacy Policy

How Frovimo handles account information, uploaded images and generation requests.

Usage analytics

We collect page visits and actions such as upload selection, settings changes, sign-in, checkout and generation status to understand how the service is used and troubleshoot problems. Our first-party analytics stores a random browser identifier, session identifier and, when signed in, an internal account identifier. It does not include your uploaded image, motion prompt, image filename or email address in event properties. Our analytics service also records device and browser information, approximate location supplied by Cloudflare and a hashed IP identifier.

Information used to provide the service

When you sign in, we receive account information such as your email address, display name and authentication identifier. We store account, credit, order and generation records needed to operate the service.

A video request includes your image, motion prompt and selected settings. Generation records include request status, prompts and references to available results.

Cloud processing and service providers

Frovimo is a cloud service, not a local or offline generator. Uploaded images and prompts are sent to the configured generation service. The current image-to-video integration uses KIE and the underlying model service.

Motion prompts may also be sent to configured safety-review providers, including Waffo or Creem when enabled. Their handling of these prompts is also subject to their applicable terms.

Cloudflare provides hosting and database infrastructure. Checkout is handled by the payment provider shown during checkout; the current integration uses Waffo. We receive order references and payment status for credit fulfillment.

Processing, storage and any model-service use of inputs can also depend on those providers' terms. We do not represent that images remain only on your device.

Browser drafts, sessions and analytics

Your browser can keep an image and prompt draft so you can continue in the studio or after signing in. These drafts are stored in this browser on your device. Clear draft from this device on the homepage or studio removes saved draft images and prompts, including drafts from previous browser sessions. This does not delete cloud uploads, generated files or account history. When you open the homepage or restore a studio draft, the service checks and removes browser drafts older than 24 hours; this is not a background or cloud deletion schedule. Session cookies and browser storage are also used to maintain sign-in and payment state.

The site uses analytics tools to understand visits and actions such as starting a request. These tools may receive device, browser and usage information; do not enter private information into motion prompts unless it is needed for your request.

Visit and action events can include a limited source category, such as ChatGPT or a search engine, to understand how visitors find the tool. Our custom source tracking does not send the full referring URL or motion prompt to analytics. Analytics providers may collect additional information under their own terms.

Records, results and deletion requests

Account, transaction and generation records support your history and the operation of the service. Generated media may be delivered from external processing services, and availability can depend on those services. Download files you want to keep.

This policy does not promise a fixed automatic deletion schedule for all uploads or external copies. To request deletion of your account or associated information, contact support@ai-image-to-video.com. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained for service or legal obligations.

Publishing and permission

Your generation history is restricted to your signed-in account. A generated result is not automatically added to a public gallery.

Use images you own or have permission to process. Public case studies require separate permission to publish their source images and results.

Contact

For questions about an upload, provider processing or your data, contact support@ai-image-to-video.com. Include the request or order reference where relevant, but do not email passwords or payment card information.

Provider information for image-to-video requests

The current Grok Imagine integration uploads your image to KIE's file service, then sends its hosted image URL, prompt and settings to the generation service. Frovimo stores request records for account history; the returned media can be hosted externally.

Media and task logs
KIE's public FAQ states that media files are retained for 14 days and logs for two months. This is the provider's published policy, not a guarantee that all Frovimo records, backups or other provider copies are deleted on the same schedule. Download results you want to keep.
Content permissions
KIE's Terms of Use describe a license for handling user content to operate and improve its services. Ownership of an uploaded image does not establish permission for another person's likeness, a trademark or third-party artwork.
Training and deletion
KIE's Privacy Policy mainly describes account information. These public pages do not establish a complete no-training or deletion guarantee for this generation workflow. Contact Frovimo support before submitting material that requires specific retention or processing conditions.
