Conditions for accounts, credits and image-to-video generation.
You need an account and sufficient credits to generate a video. Keep access to your account secure. Upload only images you own or have permission to process.
Available settings and request costs are shown in the studio. Starting a generation uses credits; starting a revision is another request. AI output can change details or fail to meet your intended result.
One-time packs do not start a recurring subscription. Subscriptions renew according to the billing period and conditions shown at checkout until cancelled. Review the amount and billing terms before purchasing.
Yearly subscription prices are billed as an annual total, with credits allocated monthly. The displayed monthly equivalent is an illustration of that annual price.
Unused credits remain in your account balance when another allocation is added. The current service does not apply scheduled credit expiry. Generation requests deduct their displayed cost from that balance.
A successful purchase adds the credits associated with the selected plan or pack. Contact support@ai-image-to-video.com with your order details for purchase or billing issues.
To manage or cancel a subscription, sign in and open Manage subscription from the account menu. Complete the billing provider’s confirmation steps and check the effective date and subscription status. Opening the portal alone does not cancel it. Future allocations depend on the subscription remaining eligible under its billing status.
When a generation is recorded as failed, the service attempts to return the credits used for that request. A pending request is not a confirmed failure. Review your history and balance before submitting a new request.
Returning credits does not reverse a payment. For purchase refunds or a missing credit return, contact support with the relevant order or request reference. Any applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
You are responsible for permission to use uploaded images, including the people, brands and other material they contain. Buying credits does not grant rights in someone else's image, likeness, trademark or copyrighted work.
Review the terms applicable to the generation service and model, and ensure your intended use is permitted. AI generation does not guarantee exclusive rights, exact reproduction or suitability for commercial use.
Check the full video before publishing. We do not guarantee exact faces, logos, lettering, motion, dimensions beyond the selected supported settings, or a particular creative result.
Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits six content categories: pornography / NSFW, violence / gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content including CSAM, deepfakes / deceptive impersonation, and copyright / trademark infringement. The policy applies to uploaded images, prompts, generated videos and their use or distribution. It also prohibits unlawful activity and attempts to bypass safety controls.
Requests may be checked and blocked by local safety filters, configured moderation services or generation providers. Violations may lead to rejected requests, written warnings, removal of content under our control, provider removal requests, or referral to authorities where appropriate. The AUP explains reporting, review and appeals; contact support@ai-image-to-video.com to report a violation or dispute a decision.
Generation depends on external services, and requests may take time, fail or become unavailable. Save completed files you want to keep.
